Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds are not allowed however exchanges may be made subject to the terms. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product we are happy to exchange within 7 days with another product. Please make sure the WIG or bundles are INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut nor the wigs brushed. Please send pictures to let us confirm. No exchange for wig or lace cut units!

We will not accept any returns or exchanges whereby the seal holding the hair is broken/ untied. This is due to Health & Safety requirements.

There are no exchanges or returns on ALL frontals because of its fragile nature. Extreme care is advised when managing your frontals.

All shipping/handling costs on refunds /returns would be borne by the buyer/customer. We advise you use a secure tracking service as we are not responsible for lost packages. If the returned/ refunded package is worn, broken seal or torn and not in original form. We reserve the right to refuse on exchange
